The Center for Employment and Inclusion for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CEI), offers a variety of employment related support services and career opportunities.

CEI Services Offered Include
Vocational Assessment
Are you not sure what you want to do for work or school? We can help you identify a goal that is best matched for you.
Pre-Employment Transition Services
Prepare high school students (ages 14-21) an early start at exploring the world of work and assist in making the transition from high school to work or college.
Job Readiness Training
We assist with resume building, interview preparedness, applying for jobs, and other skills to become successful for a new job.
Job Placement
Got a new job? We will help you with training, and make sure you have communication support and accommodation in place.
Job Coaching
We can be there with you on your on-site or off-site for training support and work with you to educate your employer about assistive technology, communication access, and accommodations for successful employment.
Job Retention
We continue to support you on the job as long as you need.
