Document Shredding and Destruction Services
Hudson Community Enterprises offers document shredding and destruction services to public and private organizations throughout the tri-state area. Our department is built upon a foundation of professionalism, high-quality workmanship, and reliability to ensure your organization is provided the highest level of security and confidentiality.
We offer numerous shredding and destruction service levels designed to meet virtually every client’s requirement at reasonable prices, including:
- On-site shredding/Mobile shredding – Our shredding truck comes to your business and destroys your confidential materials on site.
- Off-site shredding – We pick up your material and shred it at our secure plant.
- Route Service – Daily, weekly, or monthly scheduled shredding service is available. Secure, locking shred bins are provided for free.
- Purge Service – For those requiring annual, one-time or occasional shredding service, we recommend our specially priced purge program.
- Certified Service – No matter how material is destroyed, our customers receive a Certificate of Destruction.

HCE is exempt from the local bidding requirements as per NJSA 40: A: 11-5. As a community rehabilitation agency dedicated to employing individuals with disabilities, HCE is able to secure no-bid contracts with local government entities (municipal, county and some independent authorities) and State government through the sheltered workshop law and the state set-aside program.
This often allows us to provide a custom solution to a customer’s need.
